1. Our Responsibility

When you place an order with us, we take full responsibility for:

Quality – You’ll receive exactly what was agreed on, based on the type of stone, finish, color range, and grade.

Quantity – We make sure the quantity you order matches what we deliver, and we take special care during packing to avoid damage in transit.

On-Time Delivery – We commit to shipping your order according to the schedule we agree on. If anything changes (like delays at the port or factory), we’ll keep you updated immediately.


2. How We Work

We handle both export and import of natural stone products. Most of our shipments are based on architectural drawings or project sheets that you send us. This allows us to cut and prepare the stone according to exact measurements and layouts.

Please make sure your drawings are accurate—what you send is what we follow.


3. Shipping & Export Terms

We ship internationally, and we work with reliable freight partners to ensure safe and efficient delivery. Some key points:

We follow standard Incoterms (like FOB, CIF, or EXW)—this will be agreed on in each deal.

All materials are packed securely in wooden crates or bundles, suitable for international shipping.

Unless otherwise agreed, customs clearance and import duties are your responsibility in the destination country.

Shipping insurance is optional but available upon request.


4. Orders & Payment

Before we begin production or shipping, we’ll confirm everything with you—stone type, quantities, delivery date, price, and shipping terms.

Payments can be made by bank transfer or another method we agree on. Depending on the size and type of the order, we might request a deposit or full payment in advance.


5. If Something Goes Wrong

If there’s any issue with the shipment (like damaged goods or missing pieces), let us know within 7 days of receiving the order. We’ll do our best to resolve the problem—whether that means a replacement, refund, or other solution.


6. Final Notes

We work hard to meet your expectations and deliver high-quality stone, on time and as promised. If unexpected issues happen (like strikes, port delays, or natural disasters), we’ll be transparent and work with you to find the best solution.
